First Aid transforms from robot to an ALS (Advanced Life Support) vehicle or a limb for any combiner in the Combiner Wars or Unite Warriors lines--but is intended to be combined with Hot Spot, Streetwise, First Aid and Blades to form the Defensor combiner. The tab in his roof in vehicle mode allows the combiner hand to be used as a gun. First Aid includes an axe weapon, the combiner hand and a copy of the "Combiner Wars #12" comic book.
