Breakout creative
BigBad is home to some of the best and most experienced design and branding
talent in the Northeast. We don't have a "house style." If we did, we wouldn't
be able to design effective messaging for diverse target audiences. Which we
do.
Rock-solid programming
We're way beyond HTML. We have significant experience developing
N-Tier applications, solving business flow requirements, integrating
ERP applications, and designing and installing custom content management
engines.
Usability
BigBad conducts contextual inquiry, focus groups, participatory design, and
heuristics analysis to gain an understanding of the usability of a site, then
leverages this knowledge in the development of improved navigation system and
information architecture.
It's all about the User
Our vision always begins with understanding the User. Asking ourselves "What
will the user's experience be?" is the start of our process of developing an
implementation strategy that's designed to fulfill ALL their specific needs. We
work hard to nail the messaging and voice, usability issues, target audiences,
information architecture, technical and functional specifications, and the
visual design strategy for the project.
You have three goals
We believe that companies like yours need to do three things well in this
business climate: tell your story in a way that speaks quickly and clearly to
your target audience, deliver the best possible service to your customers, and
build communities around your products and services.
We have one goal
Your ROI is the core motivator for us. We don't take on projects to win design
awards, we focus on delivering measurable results (plus we win awards). We set
usage metrics and judge our performance by them. When the site delivers the
results we set forth to achieve, it is a success.
Obviously, we are very passionate about our work. Pick
