Ty
Glasgow: CEO and President
Ty is uniquely qualified to lead BigBad, bringing over 20 years experience
understanding clients problems and finding creative, strategic, and
technical solutions. He believes the services that BigBad brings together
under one roof are the perfect combination for solving 21st-century
business problems. Ty has been instrumental in building technology businesses
ranging from Fortune 500 to start ups, including Raytheon and Lockheed Martin
to
software and technology companies like Transparent Language and Objective
Communications. He graduated from the US Naval Academy and served as a Naval
Submarine Officer for six years. Ty holds an MBA from Bryant University.
Jeff
Johnson: Chief Creative Officer
Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in corporate design and strategic
communications. He has worked extensively in the development and execution of
complete and integrated solutions over a broad range of mediums including print,
presentation, multimedia and interactive design and related technologies. He has
worked with a wide variety of clients in high-tech, manufacturing, consumer goods,
higher education, insurance, financial services and telecommunications
(Digital/Compaq, Pratt & Whitney, Gillette, Harvard Business School, Unum/Colonial,
John Hancock, MCI). Jeff's previous agency and corporate experience laid a solid
foundation for his ability to understand complex business challenges and develop
effective, award-winning solutions. Jeff attended Massachusetts College of Art where
he majored in film and graphic design. As a 4-time member of the U.S. Skeleton
Bobsled World Cup team, he has proven his ability to perform under pressure.
Rebecca Marani:
Vice President of Client Services
Rebecca is committed to the delivery of top-quality work, on schedule, and in project scope. Rebecca and her
project management staff believe projects can and should be fulfilling surprise-free experiences for both
the client and the production team. She has led B2B and B2C projects at BigBad for Agilent Technologies,
Legal Sea Foods, Bose, Goodwin Procter, Harvard University, and LoJack. Rebecca has over 10 years
experience managing media projects, and came to BigBad from Jack Morton Worldwide, managing large-scale
corporate communication campaigns for Polaroid, Gillette, Lotus, Nortel Networks, and Invensys. Rebecca
is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds a degree in Mass Communications from
Emerson College.
Michael Weiss:
Vice President of
Technology
Michael is dedicated to finding innovation at the intersection of business and technology. He specializes in cutting-edge,
large-scale projects and spearheads BigBad's technology vision. He has significant experience with CMS, LMS, and CRM, and
carries a technology-neutral vision that has led him to build dozens of successful enterprise-quality Web products over the
course of his career. Michael came to BigBad from Integrity Interactive where he worked closely with Fortune 500 companies
to construct unique, targeted online solutions. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Lehigh University, and is
Siebel eBusiness 2000 certified. As a black belt in Tae Kwon Do karate, Michael brings discipline and focus to every project.
Patrick O'Malley:
Chief Financial Officer
Patrick's solid financial, accounting, and business management experience allows
BigBad to employ consistent best practices and fiscal responsibility. He has gained
in-depth business knowledge over the past 17 years, demonstrating a strong track
record of developing and utilizing financial and accounting systems, procedures,
and internal policies. Prior to joining BigBad, Patrick served as an Accounting
Manager for seven years with Digitas and five years with New England Development
and Simon Property Group as Business Manager for their shopping mall portfolio.
Patrick has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Southeastern Massachusetts
University and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Finance at Suffolk University.
