We
divide each project into the
following phases:
Strategic Analysis
This is where we research and analyze the project to develop strategy-informed
solutions. Our Strategy Team works to understand and establish objectives,
identify measures for success, and create an implementation plan. The end
result is our Definitive Strategy Document, which serves as the roadmap that
guides the project by identifying messaging and voice, usability issues, target
audiences, information architecture, technical and functional specifications,
and the visual design strategy for the project.
Design+Build
This is where we transform the Definitive Strategy into a functional
application. The Lead Developer and Art Director head up the teams, which begin
design, implementation, and integration. Combining the tenets of usability and
a solid technical application with the strength of effective graphic design we
realize the project in a series of iterative and collaborative steps.
Quality Assurance
QA is a priority from the start of every project and is not limited to a step
in the process. During this formal QA time, this is where we test and evaluate
the project. Any problems are catalogued, documented, and corrected.
Delivery
This is where the final deliverable becomes part of the client's business. This
phase includes installation and migration as well as any necessary training on
the use, maintenance, and support of the system.
Post-Project Review
This is where we monitor and evaluate the real-world usage of the project to
determine, with the client, whether any adjustments, additions, or other
modifications are necessary to keep the application a "category killer."
It's GOT to be collaborative.
Our Open Design Process demonstrates our commitment to your involvement in all
phases of the project. You see as much as you want to, every step of the way.
Before the contract is signed, we establish a project management Web site for
you on ProjectView, our secure proprietary extranet (we practice what we
preach). Every element of your project is available for your prompt review,
including design concepts, schedules, budgets, contact information, and working
prototypes. This shortens the approval process and gives you access 24/7 to the
progress of your project.
